lol he has been added to our blacklist. he won't be able to join from his pc anymore to our server doesn't matter how hard he tries, he will keep get banned.

Get your NAT sussed so you can install ACE + Banmanager.
will stop 90% of ppl who persist on getting through. Also has ability to spot such individuals a mile away.. Shot!.
on another note , I couldn't see from youtube clip clear enough to make any judgement.
there are very-few hacks/cheats which bypass ace to a degree .. like 'Highlight Shadows' Tweaks and such.
however if you can ask the individual to stand facing you and click off a shot or 2 you can soon tell if such things are in practice.
btw: wheres the pm system here?

In the Youtube video it was obviously a cheat as if you focus a bit you will see this guy getting kicked by ace and he is reconnecting, also there is ace log prove his cheat
Movements did the right thing when he banned this guy, people with old pc & dumb cheat can even be dangerous because ace take long time to check in Any old PC so they can do some frags then reconnect again however there is always active admins to kick their asses!.
for the pm system it's up there in the Messages Button click New Topic and choose name of the person who you want to pm

He was talking to me about the ACE thing I will find a day in a week coming and dedicate it as a Find A sulution to fix ACE day.But then I could always send them to Tnw or phyco server to see if they cheat.

Yea that is very obviously aimbot, the snapping gives it away.
I've been accused of aimbotting before with rockets, but that is pretty hard due to delay, and there is no snapping. So yea.. good job

most of cheaters are not smart enough that's why they get their ass's kicked!
uhm i've already seen some aimbotters in rocket mod. they keep dumb themselves at the other players or the wall they looks funny actually
cheating in rocket mod is pointless to be honest
btw how about adding a section for our ban list date base in this forum so we can share the info of dangerous annoying cheaters with the other people to be aware of them? any interest in this idea?
